BOAT SHOW: Southampton Boat Show strikes success once again! – Sunseeker Brokerage

This year’s Southampton Boat Show went off to a soaring start, with lead singer of iconic British Band Duran Duran, Simon Le Bon entering the show on Friday 14^th September in style on a Sunseeker Manhattan 52 whilst fans welcomed him onto the Sunseeker stand with speakers playing the famous ‘Rio’.

We were delighted that Simon Le Bon joined us to cut the ribbon opening the Blue Marine Foundation exhibition. Blue Marine Foundation is our brand partner, a charity who are working to solve the crisis in the oceans through providing innovative solutions to over fishing and enabling the creation of marine reserves. Simon has been a long-standing ambassador for The Blue Marine Foundation so we thought it would be only right for him to be the Sunseeker special guest this year.

The stunning line-up

This year we faced a new challenge with all of our boats being on the water, however we were extremely impressed with the functionality of this layout and look forward to continuing this theme across our future boat shows. Chris Head, Director of Sales for the Sunseeker London Group commented on the achievements made so far in the boat show season 2018. “I am pleased to announce that during Cannes Yachting Festival and Southampton Boat Show Sunseeker have made a combined total of £47 million in sales. We are expecting a total of £60 million by the end of the boat show season.”

Jo Malone added finishing touches to the beautiful 76 Yacht

Our brand partner, Jo Malone added beautiful finishing touches of a variety of scents and fragrances to the full line up of our boats, as well as hosting a parlor area in our hospitality suite providing guests with luxurious arm massages and relaxation techniques.

Alexander James Interiors added unique and stylish dressings on the 76 & 86 Yacht

Our brand partner Alexander James Interiors enriched the 76 Yacht and the 86 Yacht with stunning dressings to complement the Sunseeker craftsmanship, continuing to deliver a fantastic end result.

Porsche GB line-up

Chase Distillery provided our guests with gorgeous Chase Gin beverages and GB G&T’s, sticking to English Heritage. Bruce Denny dressed the 76 and 86 Yacht with beautiful resin sculptures that looked extremely fitting with the Sunseeker brand and design. Porsche GB provided Sunseeker staff with the ability to arrive to the boat show in ‘style’, with two Porsche Panamera’s and two Porsche Cayenne.
