Delivered in May 2016 to her first owner, “HARD 8” has been exploring the best yachting hotspots here on the UK South Coast over the past 12 months, so much so that her owner is already upgrading into a larger Sunseeker for the 2017 season!
Professionally captain maintained from new, she was presented in absolutely A1 condition, with the added benefit of 12 months manufacturers warranty still remaining, since every new Sunseeker is supplied with a 2 year comprehensive warranty from handover.
A signature Sunseeker colour scheme of gloss black American walnut contrasting with white and grey soft furnishings gave a contemporary feel throughout the yacht.
Fitted with a comprehensive inventory including zero-speed fin stabilisation, hydraulic thrusters, flybridge GRP hard top, upgraded Simrad navigation equipment, upgraded Sonos AV system and a Williams 385 jet tender, she has all the attributes of a mini ‘super-yacht’.
James comments “It was an absolute pleasure to work alongside Nicolas Bochno at Aquamarine and Remy Becquet from Sunseeker France who represented the buyer. We knew this rare opportunity to secure a ‘nearly new’ yacht would generate significant interest in the pre-owned market, there was no surprise that the first client to view her decided to purchase.”
“HARD 8” was safely delivered yesterday to the Southampton docks for loading onto a Peters & May cargo ship heading for the Med – and her new home in Monaco.
We would like to thank James Brooke from the Sunseeker Academy for managing “HARD 8” on behalf of the owner, and giving him the confidence to upgrade so quickly. We wish the new owner many happy hours aboard his new yacht as a part of the Sunseeker family!
